7. Changes and Amendments 7.1. Changes to bookings may be subject to availability and additional charges. 7.2. The agency reserves the right to make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances and will inform the traveler as soon as possible.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution 8.1. Complaints should be reported to the agency immediately for resolution. 8.2. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it amicably or through legal proceedings in the agency’s jurisdiction.
